WE SEE
THE PERSON
BEHIND THE LAWSUIT.

HOW WE WORK

With almost 20 years of experience, we seek to bring more humanity, compassion and ethical goodwill into the civil justice community by providing the necessary funding for plaintiffs on a not-for-profit basis. We have launched a movement through which lawyers can further serve their clients.

The harsh reality is most plaintiffs are underfunded. Life keeps happening even in the face of a personal trauma or illness. Bills, expenses, medical costs, student loans and everything in between are mounting. We bring together resources, expertise and vision to find the right funding and front-end counseling to help people throughout the legal process – our commitment goes far beyond providing non-recourse advances.

WE SEE PEOPLE, NOT CASES

After years of witnessing the toll that litigation takes on families and individuals, we are inspired to help as many people as possible. This idea is born out of logic and driven by compassion. The result is turning the norm on its head and getting results for those who really need them.

WE ARE BUILDING A LEGACY.

We will continue to serve plaintiffs and their families by providing financial relief, so they can avoid the usury interest rates of for-profit companies and survive the course of their litigation. Funding is done in the context of the individual circumstances through personal engagement from our team of lawyers. Each client receives counseling to ensure they are equipped with the right knowledge to be financially savvy into the future.

It is our hope that this legacy inspires a bigger space for the nonprofit, non-recourse model, so families can benefit and thrive.
